Police said they have received reports of four people injured in the incident. First responders treated four people at the scene, two of whom were taken to hospital with head injuries. "Sadly, despite the efforts of emergency services, a fifth person has been found and died at the scene," the ambulance service later tweeted.
LFB confirmed that they were called to the scene at 2.39pm BST and are currently attempting to rescue trapped people at the site. At least 10 engines have been called in.
