Man dies after violence at house

One man has died and two other people are in hospital after violence broke out at a property near Huddersfield.

Police said they were called to reports of a disturbance at an address in Tintern Avenue, Milnsbridge, just before 0245 GMT on Sunday.

They found three people injured. One of them, a 22-year-old man, died later in hospital, while two others are being treated for their injuries.

Eight men were arrested and are being questioned, police said.
