Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned about the safety of a 20-year-old Cardiff woman who has not been seen for three days. A 20-year-old Cardiff woman missing for three days has turned up safe and well, police have confirmed.

Ms Duggan is described as 5ft 2in (1.57m) tall, with short dark hair in a bobbed hairstyle and burn marks to the left ear and left arm.
She was last seen wearing a short brown pleated dress, cream embroidered short sleeved cardigan, brown boots and a brown full-length coat with a fur hood.
A South Wales Police said: "Anyone who may know Joanne's whereabouts or anyone having any information is asked to contact officers at Fairwater Police Station, Cardiff on 02920 222111 or their nearest police station."
