Woman threatened with screwdriver

A woman in her 90s has been threatened with a screwdriver as two men ransacked her home.

It happened shortly before 0640 GMT on Tuesday in Lisburn.

The men entered the woman's home at Lagan View and ordered her to stay in a chair as they ransacked the property. They made off with a sum of cash.

Police have asked anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in the area, or has any information to contact detectives by calling 0845 600 8000.
