A man has been remanded in custody after being charged with the murder of a 24-year-old who was shot outside a Birmingham house five months ago. | |
Dimitri Foskin, 24, was fatally shot in the chest in a driveway in Hockley Close, Newtown, on 23 August. | |
Dani Elijah Watson, 20, appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court earlier. | |
Mr Watson, of Seals Green, Kings Norton, was remanded in custody. He will appear before Birmingham Crown Court on 29 January. | |
Two other men were arrested on Tuesday, police said. | |
One was bailed pending further inquiries while one was released without charge. |
