Three men were arrested on Tuesday, police said. One was bailed pending further inquiries while one was released without charge. Dani Elijah Watson, 20, appeared before Birmingham Magistrates' Court earlier.
A 20-year-old man was due to appear before magistrates in Birmingham later. Mr Watson, of Seals Green, Kings Norton, was remanded in custody. He will appear before Birmingham Crown Court on 29 January.
Two other men were arrested on Tuesday, police said.
One was bailed pending further inquiries while one was released without charge.
