"We talked about the ideas we hope to put forward and how we see these contributing to healing wounds and pointing the way forward," he said.
"We thought it was important to brief him in view of the report's publication next week."
Mr Bradley said he and Lord Eames appreciated that although Mr Brown was "deeply engaged with the problems of the economy, he gave us sufficient time to discuss the content of our report."
