Man with machete threatens woman

A robber wielding a machete has threatened a shopkeeper in south Belfast.

He went into a grocery shop at Drumart Square in the Belvoir estate on Sunday at about 1930 GMT and threatened a woman.

He ran off with a sum of money. Police are linking the robbery to a similar one at the same shop last Sunday.

The man is described as 5ft 10in, in his 20s, with red hair. Police have appealed for information.
