Man dies after estate disturbance

Police are investigating the suspicious death of 44-year-old man, following a disturbance on an estate in the south Wales valleys on Thursday night.

Officers were called to the incident, which they say involved a number of people, on the Waunheulog estate in Nantyglo near Brynmawr at 2115 GMT.

The man was taken to Nevill Hall hospital in Abergavenny where he was later pronounced dead.

A woman, aged 18, has been arrested and is in police custody.
