Also charge are a 15-year-old from Wynchmore Hill, London, a 15-year-old from Purley, Surrey, and a 13-year-old from Deans Hanger, Milton Keynes. | |
The Football Association has said it would ban for life any fans proven to have been chanting abuse. |
