Grampian Police said an 18-year-old man was due to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection with the break-in. Shaun Willetts, 18, appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court charged with theft by housebreaking. He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
A spokesman said none of the stolen property had been recovered and appealed for anyone who may have been offered items for sale to contact them.
