Man arrested in Thanksgiving Day fatal shooting in Southwest D.C., police say
Version 0 of 1. A man was arrested Tuesday in connection with a Thanksgiving Day homicide in Southwest Washington, police said. Michael Fahnbulleh, 26, of Gaithersburg, Md. was charged with first-degree murder while armed in the fatal shooting of Michael Andre Francis, 28, of Upper Marlboro, Md., according to D.C. police. The victim was found about 11:45 a.m. on Nov. 28 in the Unit block of Danbury Street SW, police said. He died at a hospital, they said.
