D.C. man charged with murder in 2006 shooting, police said
Version 0 of 1. A D.C. man was charged with murder in connection with a 2006 shooting, police said Thursday. On May 1, 2006, around 8:45 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1400 block of First Street NW, D.C. police said in a statement. There Marcus Johnson, 35, of Northwest Washington was found shot. He was pronounced dead at a hospital. On Thursday, police said Levon Williams, 32, of Northwest Washington was charged with second-degree murder in the shooting. No further information about the incident or arrest was immediately available.
