The incident took place on Queenstown Road, in Battersea, at about 4.30am on Sunday. A rear-seat passenger of the car was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 5am. London Ambulance Service (LAS) treated two more people at the scene for minor injuries, one of whom was taken to hospital. The other was discharged at the scene, it said.
