Two men have been charged in connection with a homicide that occurred last month in the Beltsville area of Prince George’s County, the county police said.

In the homicide, police said, Samie Neil, 29, of Adelphi, was found about 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 12 in a car in the 3500 block of Powder Mill Road. He had been fatally shot, they said.

On Friday, police said Sebastion St. John, 28, of Melfordshire Way in Silver Spring and Raymond Thompson, 22, of Evans Trail in Beltsville were charged with first and second degree murder.

The victim and St. John were acquainted, police said. But they said they were still trying to determine a motive in the shooting.
