Three men have been charged with murdering a father-of-two in Stoke-on-Trent.

Daron Hargreaves, 32, of Colley Road, Pitshill, was found in Chell Green Avenue early on Friday.

He was taken to the University Hospital of North Staffordshire where he died later from his injuries.

The accused men - aged 18, 19 and 20 - are due to appear before magistrates in the city on Boxing Day. Seven men and a woman have been released on bail.
