A four-year-old girl died after a television fell on her on Christmas Eve, it is understood. A four-year-old girl has died after a "very sad and tragic accident" at her home on Christmas Eve, say North Wales Police.
North Wales Police launched an investigation into the incident at the girl's home in Coedpoeth, Wrexham, on Wednesday evening. Officers said the girl died in hospital in Liverpool on Christmas Day after the accident at her home in Coedpoeth, Wrexham, on Wednesday evening.
The youngster was taken to hospital but died on Christmas Day. Doctors at Alder Hey Children's Hospital were unable to save the girl, whose name has not been released.
