The Hard Rock Hotel did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Saturday. Hard Rock International said in a statement that it had no involvement in the construction of the project. The owner of the project, Kailas Companies, contracted Citadel Builders to build the hotel, while Hard Rock International is to be the future manager of the property, the statement said.
