The US Coast Guard is searching for four crew members of a large cargo vessel that capsized while a fire on board still raged. The rescuers said that the fire made it too risky to go inside to look for four missing people.  
"Once they have stabilized the vessel, [they] will try to go in to get the four who remain on board," Capt. John Reed, commander of Coast Guard Sector Charleston, said.
