An elderly man and a woman have been killed and four people have been injured after a collision involving three vehicles. | |
The crash happened at lunchtime on Friday on the A494 at New Brighton near Mold in Flintshire. | |

A male passenger, from the Mold area, who was in a Vauxhall Corsa was taken to the Wrexham Maelor Hospital with life threatening injuries. | |

A couple in the third vehicle involved in the crash, a Daihatsu, suffered minor injuries and North Wales Police said they are not believed to have needed hospital treatment. | |
