Man due in court over secrets act Official 'divulged state secrets'

A 44-year-old man is due to appear in court charged with breaching the Official Secrets Act. A 44-year-old man has appeared in court accused of passing secret information "prejudicial to the state".
Police said the man, whose identity has not been revealed, was charged under Section One of the act. Daniel James, 44, is alleged to have divulged "information calculated to be directly or indirectly useful to the enemy" on 2 November.
Scotland Yard said he would appear in custody at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Wednesday. He is charged under section one of the Official Secrets Act, City of Westminster magistrates were told.
