Palestinian killed in West Bank Israeli military raids kill three

Israeli forces have shot and killed a Palestinian man in Balata refugee camp near the West Bank city of Nablus. Two Palestinians have been killed in an Israeli airstrike in southern Gazan town of Rafah.
Palestinian officials say the man had been pardoned by Israel as part of an amnesty deal for former militants. The Israeli army said six mortar bombs had been launched by militants in the the area.
There was no confirmation of the names of the dead, though relatives say both were civilians, one of them 15-years-old, the Reuters news agency reported.
