Residents were able to return to their homes two hours later. The cause of the fire is under investigation. There are no reports of any injuries. One of the people who had to leave their homes, Isobelle Flannigan, said: "It was so frightening, it just shook me.
"I ran immediately and rang the Fire Brigade. I really was panicked at this stage and in tears, worrying about the people in the house at the back.
"The police came and told us 'You must get evacuated, we have got the rest of them out.' We had to get out and get down the road."
Residents were able to return to their homes a few hours later.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. There are no reports of any injuries.
