Mr Tobin, who was originally from Canada, died when he was shot on 12 August last year after leaving the Bulldog Bash at Long Marston airfield, near Stratford-upon-Avon.
The trial has heard he was targeted for being a "fully patched", or fully initiated, Hells Angel.
