The meeting at which impeachment will almost certainly be debated will be by conference call, because the lawmakers are scattered around the country for their spring recess. The House speaker, Nancy Pelosi, pictured above last month, remained dubious of initiating impeachment proceedings. But others particularly younger lawmakers may be more insistent.
