The fire was sparked by high-intensity lights inside the tent, AP said. An electrical short-circuit is thought to have caused the blaze.
More than 100 women and children were in a tent when the blaze broke out. The bride was amongst the dead, police said.
The men had been in a separate tent that was not damaged.
