Search and rescue dogs were drafted in after the latest incident. Stabilisation works had been under way at the site before the latest collapse. There was no one in the building and there have been no casualties, the fire service said.

He said: "It is a private building and it is not believed that anyone was inside but occasionally people do use buildings like this to sleep rough.
"As a result the fire brigade is bringing in two dogs to double-check that no one was on the premises at the time the wall collapsed."
