I really understood what Deborah Frances-White wanted to convey regarding the paradigm-shifting journey that many people – men and I might also add women – have to make to understand what the #MeToo “brigade” want to share and change about their experiences of the world and male privilege (On second thoughts … I was wrong to think all men got #MeToo, 31 December). What I would now like to do is plagiarise and change the words related to women and sexism, so instead we refer to racism/black and minority ethnic people.
