I was fascinated by Jonathan Jones’s article (Art attack: can beauty make you ill?, G2, 19 December). Some years ago in Tate St Ives, and later in the National Gallery, my husband had to make a rapid exit from the rooms containing work by Mark Rothko; he felt dizzy and uncomfortable.
