Anthony Kearney, 43, and his 41-year-old partner, Donna McCafferty, were detained in Alicante on Thursday.Anthony Kearney, 43, and his 41-year-old partner, Donna McCafferty, were detained in Alicante on Thursday.
Kearney is wanted on suspicion of extortion and fraud, while McCafferty is suspected of benefit fraud. McCafferty is suspected of benefit fraud - one of several fraud offences which Kearney is accused of.
