Three in court over man's death

Three people have appeared in court charged with aggravated burglary following the death of a Hampshire man who was stabbed.

Dwayne Ayres, 20, of Yateley, Hampshire, died in hospital following an incident in Holt Way, Hook.

Lucy Ayres, 28, from Crondall, Hampshire, Stuart Young, 21, of Berkshire, and a boy, 16, all appeared at Aldershot Magistrates' Court.

Ms Ayres and the unnamed 16-year-old, were remanded in custody.

Mr Young was granted unconditional bail.

All three are due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on 21 November.

Mr Ayres died on Sunday from a stab wound.

• A man, 24, who had been held on suspicion of murder, has been released on bail until 14 January 2009.
