'On fire'
A spokesman for Seething Airfield said the two-seater aircraft was coming in to land when it collided with an agricultural vehicle spraying crops.
Emergency services are still at the scene.
The ambulance service spokeswoman said the driver of the agricultural vehicle was uninjured but suffering from shock.
"There was a report the plane was on fire but it's not clear if it was on fire before it came down or after," she added.
Norfolk Police said it was investigating the crash with the Air Accident Investigation Branch.
