A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said officers and firefighters were called to the scene and the boy's body was recovered from the house.
He said the mother was being treated for smoke inhalation and her other two children were not thought to be seriously hurt.
He added: "Enquiries are ongoing but the blaze is not thought to be suspicious."
