“#1917LIVE: The Russian Revolution in Tweets” was published following a year-long interactive historical Twitter role-play based on 50 researched characters, while the #1917CROWD could also participate as a historical character who lived through Russia's 1917 revolution. #1917LIVE is the first campaign to be honored with the prize in the Print Invention category since Adweek launched the award in 2013.
