Man denies student death charge

An Omagh man has been in court in Enniskillen accused of causing a media student's death by dangerous driving.

Donna Ferguson, 24, was killed when her car, a van and a lorry were involved in a crash on the Boa Island Road in County Fermanagh in December 2006.

Edward Cassidy, 56, from Mullaghmore Drive denies causing death by dangerous driving, and two counts of causing grievous bodily injury to two men.

Mr Cassidy is due to go on trial in Dungannon next month.
