Norfolk Police are continuing to question three local men, aged in their early 20s, in connection with the case. Detectives have charged a man with attacking Mr McGarahan's cousin and are still questioning two other men.

Mr McGarahan was waiting for a taxi with his brother and a cousin at the time of the attack. Mr McGarahan was waiting for a taxi with his brother and a cousin, who was also assaulted, at the time of the attack.
His brother said the death was a "mindless murder" and his family would "never truly recover" from the loss. Norfolk Police on Wednesday charged a 21-year-old man with assaulting his cousin.
Daniel Moy, 21, of Costessey, Norwich has been charged with common assault.
Police said: "The charge is not directly associated with the death of Frank McGarahan."
Mr Moy has been released on police bail and is due to appear before Norwich Magistrates on 15 October.
'Never recover'
Two other local males arrested on Tuesday remain in police custody and will continue to be interviewed in relation to the death of Mr McGarahan throughout Wednesday evening and Thursday.
A warrant for further detention has been granted by magistrates in relation to those two individuals.
Mr McGarahan's brother said the death was a "mindless murder" and his family would "never truly recover" from the loss.
