A man has been remanded in custody accused of causing the death of a man in a road collision in Wolverhampton. A driver has appeared in court accused of causing the death of a man who was hit by a car in Wolverhampton.
Anthony Benson, 23, of Wolverhampton, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice. Stainton Barrett, 59, died in the accident in Banstead Close, All Saints, during the early hours of Saturday.
