Moscow has urged the United States not to take any rash steps against Iran that would spoil the nuclear deal, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Tuesday. US President Donald Trump is expected to announce a decision soon on whether to withdraw from the Iran agreement between Tehran and world powers. There are no grounds to believe that Iran is on the path to creating a nuclear bomb, Ryabkov told RBC.
