The Tyrone County Board says it has moved to stop tickets being sold on eBay ahead of Sunday's All-Ireland Gaelic football final. Fans who try to get into the All-Ireland final with a ticket bought on eBay will be refused admission, the Tyrone County Board has said.
A spokesman said that information was passed on to Croke Park as soon as the tickets were identified. The Gaelic football final is taking place in Croke Park, Dublin, on Sunday.
He warned that anyone buying a ticket from eBay would not be allowed into the game. The board said it had successfully identified and sourced a small number of tickets which were being sold through the online auction site.
A spokesperson said the stadium ticket office had been told of the incident and those tickets had been withdrawn.
