A child who died after being pulled from a car found in a river after it was initially believed to have been taken has been described as a "happy young girl". A child has died after being pulled from a car found in a river near her family's business.

Her father paid tribute on Facebook giving details of the incident. Her father said she had been left in the car near the family business while her parents got cash from the office.
He said they had left the car next to their business to get cash but returned to find the car and Kiara gone. On their return, the car had disappeared sparking fears it had been stolen. A two hour police search followed and Kiara was pulled from the water by officers but she later died.
A police search was launched as well as numerous appeals on social media.
The car was found in the river near the family's business just under two hours later.
