Version 0 of 1.

A music teacher has admitted before a court that he downloaded indecent photographs of children.

Robert Page, 56, of Stratford Road, Cosgrove, Northamptonshire, pleaded guilty to 12 counts of possessing and making indecent images of children.

Northampton Crown Court heard how on Page's arrest on 8 February police had found images of the highest category of seriousness on his computer.

He was released on conditional bail to be sentenced at the court in October.

The court heard that Page had downloaded the images between December 2006 and February of this year, and that he had been voluntarily seeking help from a psychotherapist since his arrest.

Page is not allowed any contact with anyone under 18 while on bail and has to sign the sex offenders' register.
