Shots fired while teenager sleeps

A number of shots have been fired at a house in the County Antrim village of Armoy.

Windows of a bedroom where a teenager was sleeping were broken during the incident. A conservatory was also damaged.

The shooting occurred shortly before midnight on Thursday at Market Street. There were no reports of any injuries.

Detectives at Coleraine have issued an appeal for information. A motive has not yet been established.
