Mrs Moore was staying with friends and relatives including her niece, close to where the crash happened. | |
Pat Luongo, the husband of Mrs Moore's niece Karen, said: "Pat was not your average 62-year-old. She was 62 but acted like she was 21, very young, energetic, in great shape. | |
"She was a lot of fun, just a great overall person and a tragic accident happened." | |
Mr Luongo, 39, of Oakville, Ontario, said they had planned to visit Niagara Falls and attend a Celine Dion concert with Mrs Moore. |
