Andrew Burke, 30, of Vincent Street, St Helens, will appear from custody at South Sefton Magistrates' Court in Bootle on Monday.

A post-mortem examination concluded she died of shock and haemorrhaging due to a wound to the throat. Andrew Burke, 30, of Vincent Street, St Helens, has appeared at Liverpool Crown Court charged with murdering her and possessing a knife in a public place.
Paying tribute, her partner Laura Williams said Ms Hayes, who was originally from Alnwick, Northumberland, was "my future wife and my forever". He was remanded in custody until 19 February when he is expected to enter a plea.
'My forever'
A post-mortem examination concluded Ms Hayes, who was originally from Alnwick, Northumberland, died of shock and haemorrhaging due to a wound to the throat.
Paying tribute, her partner Laura Williams said Ms Hayes was "my future wife and my forever".

The family of Ms Hayes added: "Our whole lives have been shattered.
"This has torn our hearts from our bodies.
"Cassie was an amazing, kind human being who would do anything for anyone.
"She doted on all her family and our loss is beyond calculation."
One former colleague of the store's assistant manager wrote on Facebook: "So shocked to hear the sad news about Cassie. I've not worked for Tui for a while but the time I did and worked with Cassie she was such a lovely girl. RIP Cassie. Mr Burke spoke only to confirm his details in the hearing.
No bail application was made and Recorder of Liverpool Judge Clement Goldstone QC set a provisional trial date for 2 July.
