Delays expected after accidents Man injured in city bus accident

Serious traffic delays are expected after two accidents in east Belfast. A man has been taken to hospital after being knocked down by a bus on the Upper Newtownards Road on the outskirts of east Belfast.
The Upper Newtownards Road has been closed in both directions after a man was knocked down by a bus near the Ulster Hospital. The accident happened at Dundonald near the Ulster Hospital. The road has been closed and diversions are in place.
Diversions are in place for traffic heading into and out of the city. An earlier accident also caused traffic disruption in east Belfast.
There has also been a two vehicle collision on Upper Knockbreda Road. Drivers are advised to expect delays or avoid the area if possible. Two vehicles were in collision on Upper Knockbreda Road, near Knockbreda High School. The road has since been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
