Sentencing him, Judge Jeremy Carey said: "You gravely abused the trust that she put in you.
"It was indeed a frenzied attack of enormous brutality."
He described Quartey as a "highly dangerous young man".
Dr Anyetei, a mother of one, was found in her Toyota Avensis on her driveway with wounds to her head, neck, body, arms and hands.
