A 28-year-old driver has died after his car was involved in a crash on the Kingston Bridge in Glasgow. Two men have died in separate road accidents in the west of Scotland.

At about 1125 GMT a crash near Larkhall involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a lorry resulted in the death of a 24-year-old.
The driver of the car died at the scene of the crash on the A71 east of Canderside Toll.
The diver of the lorry was uninjured.

Police have appealed for witnesses to contact Motherwell police station.
