Police are investigating the death of a 44-year-old woman in Pembrokeshire. A murder inquiry has been launched after the death of a 44-year-old woman in Pembrokeshire.
The incident happened in the Saundersfoot area and a man is currently in custody. Her body was discovered at an address in Pennant Avenue in Saundersfoot early today.
Dyfed-Powys Police said inquiries were continuing. The area has been sealed off and Dyfed-Powys Police, who are appealing for witnesses, are carrying out house-to-house inquiries.
A police force spokeswoman said more details would be released later. A man has been arrested. A post mortem examination will be carried out later to determine cause of death.
The woman has not yet been formally identified.
