Bail revoked over burglary claims

A teenage boy accused of indecent assault has had his bail revoked at Northern Ireland's High Court.

The 14-year-old, who cannot be identified, is accused of touching a teacher and exposing himself at the bed of an elderly nursing home resident.

He was granted High Court bail in May, but under strict conditions.

Now a judge has ordered the teenager be kept in custody after hearing details of an alleged burglary with intent to commit rape last month.

The judge was told that the youth has not yet been charged over the alleged incident.

Mr Justice Gillen said that circumstances could change.
