Det Supt Martyn Jones said: "South Wales Police is investigating the death of Craig Ivey, aged 26 from Gilfach Goch, who we believe died following an altercation with Adrian Miles in Coegnant Road, Maesteg, at or around 1.30am on Monday, August 4. Police believe Mr Ivey died following an "altercation" with Adrian Miles in Coegnant Road, Nantyffyllon at around 01.30 BST on Monday.
