Version 0 of 1.

A 21-year-old Devon woman has been charged with concealing the births and deaths of two babies.

It follows the discovery of two babies' bodies at a property in Plymouth.

One was uncovered in the garden of a Keyham property in June - three years after the decomposed body of another baby was found inside the property.

Kerry Ardis, of Poole Park Road, Plymouth, made no plea and was released on bail by city magistrates. She will appear at the crown court on 15 August.

Ms Ardis faces two counts of trying to conceal the births of the babies by secretly disposing of them between 1 July and 11 August 2005 and 5 June and 6 June 2008.

She is also accused of preventing the decent burial of the babies' bodies.
